Mold Damage

Mold damage at this Orlando home was discovered due to the mildew odor it created. The homeowners inspected the area and found mold. If we were called, we would first prepare a damage assessment report for the homeowners. A plan for restoration would be developed with the aid of hi-tech moisture detection meters which would provide us with us a good idea of the extent of the mold. This allows us to determine just how much demolition of drywall would be needed to clean the mold and dry the area. Once the affected drywall was removed, we would use commercial air movers and dehumidifiers to aid in the drying process. Once dry the area would be treated with an anti-fungal substance to inhibit any future mold growth.
